Programs often need expertise that their teams do not have in house: a policy drafted, a strategy developed, a system designed, a communication campaign delivered or a partner institution supported. Our technical assistance places that expertise inside the program for a defined period and a defined result.
Assignments range from drafting a municipal waste management policy to designing livelihood interventions, supporting government counterparts, developing communication strategies and building the tools a program needs to operate. We work alongside the organization’s own staff so that the capability remains after the assignment ends, and we document everything we produce so it can be used, adapted and audited.
